12/11/08 is a black day in the history of tamilnadu police. Its a day when the police forgot to do their duty or i would say they were negligent in their duty. There has been a clash between two student groups studying at Dr.Ambedkar Law College at Chennai. The principal of that college immediately informed the police regarding this.
